Mr. Agbasionwe, Raphael Odikpo took over the running of Coscharis Ghana Ltd effective January 2014. Prior to this time, he was the Divisional Head, Auto Care and Consumer Products Division in Coscharis Group, Lagos Nigeria. He worked in various capacities at different times and in different companies in Nigeria before joining the Coscharis Group in 2004.

He holds a BSc and MSc Degrees in Marketing from University of Nigeria, Nsukka; and University of Lagos respectively; and has attended various sales and marketing, management and leadership trainings. He has over 30 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing Management, and General Business Management. He is a team builder, result and growth driven with strong leadership & negotiation skills. He is very numerical with eyes on details.

Mr. Agbasionwe is a fellow of Nigeria Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), and Institute of Information Management (IIM) Africa. He is widely traveled, and has participated in many international trade shows for many years in China, Germany and USA.
