Coscharis Ghana Ltd was established in 1992, stemming from the strategic move of Coscharis Motors Ltd to build a strong distributive structure that cuts across the West African sub-region, for the importation and distribution of genuine automotive spare parts and accessories of Japanese vehicles alongside several kinds of automobile related products.
The company began operations in 1993 with distribution of Auto Spare Parts and has since been involved in various distributive trades. However, it was the acquisition of Abro franchise for Ghana, and the Ghanian government’s license approval for the company to import lubricants into Ghana, that launched Coscharis Ghana Ltd fully into the market. Coscharis Ghana has since made Abro the leading brand in Auto Care industry in the country.
Today Coscharis Ghana is located in the heart of Spintex Road, Motorway Industrial Estate, Accra and serves the Ghana market through a distributive structure of offices in 4 regions, 9 depots and branches. Coscharis Ghana aims to boost accessibility of company products to its customers and consumers in every part of the country at barely any cost to them.
Coscharis Group, which today is a household name in the West African country of Nigeria, evolved out of a modest company, MADUKA BROTHERS COMPANY that was incorporated in 1977.
The company metamorphosed from Maduka Brothers Company to COSDAV Motors and later to the COSCHARIS GROUP.
